Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information We do not reveal customer account or other personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except for the exchange of information with reputable reporting agencies to maximize the accuracy and security of the information or in the performance of bona fide corporate due diligence. The customer requests it

The customer has been informed about the possibility of disclosure among MBPC Group affiliated companies for marketing or similar purposes through a prior communication and is given the opportunity to decline


Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties

Whenever we provide customer information to a third party, we insist that the third party adhere to similar privacy principles for keeping such information confidential.
